Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Services

AI Agency Corp provides custom AI automation services, including but not limited to workflow automation, system integration, AI-powered tools, and consulting. Each engagement involves bespoke work tailored to the client's specific business requirements. Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Before Project Kickoff

If you wish to cancel an engagement before the project kickoff or scoping phase has begun, you may request a full refund of any advance payment. The request must be made in writing to support@aiagencycorp.com.

2.2 After Work Has Commenced

Once work has commenced — including but not limited to scoping calls, requirements gathering, system design, development, or deployment — no refunds will be issued. This includes:

• Partial project completions where the client decides to discontinue.
• Changes in business direction or priorities on the client's side.
• Dissatisfaction with results where the delivered work meets the agreed-upon specifications.
• Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required information, access, or approvals.

3. Cancellation by the Client

You may cancel an ongoing engagement at any time by providing written notice to support@aiagencycorp.com. Upon cancellation:

• All work completed up to the date of cancellation will be delivered to you.
• All payments for work completed or in progress are non-refundable.
• Any outstanding invoices for work already performed remain payable in full.

4. Cancellation by AI Agency Corp

We reserve the right to cancel an engagement if the client fails to provide necessary cooperation, breaches the terms of the service agreement, or engages in conduct that makes continued service impractical. In such cases, payment for work already performed is non-refundable.

5. Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing or you have concerns about the work delivered, please contact us at support@aiagencycorp.com within 7 days of the invoice or delivery date. We are committed to resolving disputes in good faith. However, filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of services and forfeiture of all deliverables.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Skydo. We do not store payment card information on our systems. Any applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Non-recoverable payment gateway or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
